This is a work in progress during my senior year as I design a four-piece collection inspired by natural shapes, lines, and colors. I will be challenging myself to design on a more sculptural basis and explored with
organic shapes/lines found in nature.
During the garment construction process, I was able to understand how to pattern and drape fabric into my liking and odd shapes. Explored with boning, crinoline, and sculptural design to give my collection a sophisticated and intriguing appeal.
Statement
“Eimes Mode” is the essence of nature that captures the curves, shapes, and colors of life on our planet. With an energetic aesthetic making women feel rejuvenated and fresh, the graceful elegance of “Eimes Mode” evening gowns shows the variety of shapes and colors while being translucent and beautiful. Voluminous, contrasting, lively, and energetic greens, purples, and blues captivate a women’s figure. “Eimes Mode”, for women of 18 to motherhood, from married to single… all can embody these luxuriously draped art gowns with confidence. Do not be afraid to stand out or be Avant-Garde and brash just be afraid to not be seen in “Eimes Mode”.
